Thanks for checking out this meetup! I am the Mom of a 5 year old boy and have been looking to meet and connect with other GLBT families in Queens. I know there's a lot of us out there but finding a central place to connect, meet, share info and organize events has been a challenge. I thought it was time to finally bring our Queens families together so decided to start this meetup. If you are parents in a GLBT family and would like you and your kids to meet with other families in this wonderful …

My partner and I are 40 something professional, outdoorsy and artsy women seeking to connect with lesbian and gay couples or singles who live in the Westchester/Hudson Valley region who wish to expand their social and support network. We continued this group, so fellow Westchester gays and lesbians can network and expand our support system while living in these family-oriented suburbs. This social group is for professional gays and lesbians 40 and over. All are welcome!!

Hello all:) I wanted to start this group because I am an LGBTQQ single mom and would love to meet other LGBTQQ parents or parents to be. For such a diverse city, it seems difficult to meet like minded LGBTQQ parents that can meet, support each other, share advice and create a sort of extended family. If you are interested, please sign up and maybe we can get this ball rolling and have some fun! Play dates, parent nights out, and everything in between! All lesbian, gay, bi-sexual, transgender, …

It is important to learn about the rights and responsibilities that come with marriage for everyone as well as the differences for same-sex couples that currently exist because the federal government does not recognize same-sex marriage. Join this group to learn about legal information for same-sex couples relating to pre-nups, post-nups, adoptions, will packages and be informed about all aspects of family law and how …

Hello! This group is for LGBT parents of Brooklyn! We want our children to be able to play with other children that have the same family dynamics as we do, without feeling "different", and sometimes we as parents need to unwind with others that "understand". So lets get together, when we can and have family fun!.

The Dyke March is a protest march, not a parade -- we don't ask for a permit, because we have the right to protest. We recognize that we must organize amongst ourselves to fight for our rights, our safety, and for visibility. Thousands of dykes take over the streets every year in celebration of LBTQ women and to protest against ongoing discrimination, harassment, and anti-LBTQ violence in schools, on the job, in our families, and on the streets.
